Forums are currently impossible to operate.
GitHub Pages only allows for static websites; this means that the website isn't allowed to update the repository that it runs off of, which means that the site cannot store any forum data.
If we were to potentially switch hosts in the future (which is entirely possible), we would be able to run forums.
